02Transaction Parties and Qualification Checks

Depending on the product and delivery arrangements, we check the basic information and necessary qualifications of the purchaser, supplier, consignee and any party authorized to collect the goods. Where hazardous chemicals, specific uses or special receiving conditions are involved, trading, use, transport or receiving conditions are confirmed according to the needs of the actual transaction.

Contracts or orders generally specify matters including the product name, product code or grade, specifications, packaging, quantity, quality standards, delivery method, acceptance, claims handling and settlement. Unconfirmed website information does not in itself constitute agreed transaction terms.

03Specifications, Labeling and Batch Documentation
